I always adress coaching & therapy from a mind-body-soul perspective and support you to tune back into your intuition, emotional balance and life-force. I use the top proven techniques and most effective tools adressing the subconscious mind for a profound breakthrough of your limiting beliefs and habits that block your flow.

My mission is to get you unstuck, release any trauma response stored in your physical, mental and spiritual being and support your expansion and personal freedom.

From my rich experience working successful with clients and my deeply rooted knowledge working with the best coaches, teachers and trainers and in the field myself, i´ll coach you to get fast and longlasting results.

In the first 6 weeks where we will meet weekly you will already experience a massive change and in the remaining month we will solidify your transformation.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to achieve exceptional results.
This outstanding therapy has been developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer and got several rewards.

Hypnosis is used as a method because it provides access to the subconscious mind (the part of our mind where we find the keys to our blocks and to their resolution).

In hypnosis, you find the information you need to really understand what’s going on with you.
Your subconscious reveals this knowledge to you in this relaxed state.

Unlike endless analyzing and talking, RTT offers a much faster way to get to the root of an issue.

What happens in a session?

I will guide you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control and will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state, where you have access to your subconscious mind, we look at scenes from your past that are related to the source of your deeper beliefs and your current issue.

After we have looked at three or four scenes from your life and discovered their meaning, I empower your mind with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in alignment with what you want for yourself and your life.

Next you will receive a transformational recording which you listen to for at least 21 days to recode your mind and implement the insights and positive new beliefs.
