This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access and browser type in log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form and email

If you write to me, I use your name, email address and message only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.

4. Booking with Cal.com

Appointments are booked on Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). Only when you click a booking button do you leave this website and go to Cal.com. There, Cal.com processes your name, email address, answers to booking questions and the appointment details on my behalf. Data may be transferred to the USA. CHECK: data processing agreement and transfer basis (e.g. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses). Online sessions take place via Zoom; details are sent with your booking confirmation.

5. Newsletter with EmailOctopus

If you subscribe to my newsletter, your first name and email address are sent to and stored with EmailOctopus. CHECK: EmailOctopus data processing terms. You confirm your subscription via a double opt-in email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Fonts

The fonts on this website are hosted on this server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

7. Links to social media

This website links to Instagram and Facebook. No data is transferred to these platforms until you click a link.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

9. Client data

Information shared in sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Inactive client files are securely destroyed after three years.
