7–12 October 2025 | Mascaratu, Sardinia
Let this October be a quiet turning point.
A pause to breathe. A place to soften.
Wild & Gentle is a 5-night retreat that weaves meditation, gentle movement, and Sardinia’s natural beauty into a space of deep reconnection.
We begin the day in stillness, explore in nature, and return to simple rituals of presence and joy.
Held in the soft light of autumn, this retreat offers warmth, space, and silence – not far from the sea, yet rooted in the land.
You’ll stay in Mascaratu, a peaceful countryside space with a pool and wide-open skies – not far from the coast, yet deeply immersed in the landscape.
Here, everything invites you to slow down, soften, and breathe a little deeper.
This is a retreat for those who seek clarity, connection, and rest.
No pressure – just presence, rhythm, and breath
The retreat unfolds over 6 days and follows a gentle rhythm of presence, movement, and discovery.
Each day begins with guided meditation and embodied yoga, followed by nourishing meals and time to rest. In the afternoons, we explore the natural and cultural beauty of Northern Sardinia — with gentle hikes, sea views, canoeing, or visits to sacred sites.
This retreat is an invitation to both turn inward and engage outward — a balance of stillness and aliveness, depth and lightness.
Always with space to return to yourself.
…you long to unwind and reconnect
…you seek movement without pressure, presence without demands
…you want to feel nature in your body, breath, and being
No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to arrive.
This retreat will be held in English.

Mascaratu is a peaceful countryside property nestled in the soft hills of Northern Sardinia, just a short drive from the coast. Surrounded by granite boulders, wild herbs, and open skies, this land carries a quiet, grounding presence.
The traditional buildings, shaded terraces, and natural stone structures offer both simplicity and charm — inviting you to slow down, breathe, and feel the rhythm of the island.
From here, we set out to explore Sardinia’s magic: hidden beaches, sacred sites, and ancient landscapes. And yet, Mascaratu itself is a place to arrive. A place to rest. A place to remember the beauty of being.
Our retreat venue consists of 6 guest rooms , each with its own ensuite bathroom and terrace.
We offer 2 types of accommodation (all options include all meals, practices, and full participation in the retreat):
Shared Double Room
For those who enjoy a sense of community, we offer shared rooms with two separate beds and plenty of space.
You’ll share the room with one other participant (you can come together or we’ll match you gently).
Private Single Room
If you prefer privacy, a limited number of single rooms are available.
Enjoy your own quiet space while being part of the shared experience.
