Unlike endless analyzing and talking, RTT offers a much faster way to get to the root of an issue.
I will guide you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control and will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state, where you have access to your subconscious mind, we look at scenes from your past that are related to the source of your deeper beliefs and your current issue.
After we have looked at three or four scenes from your life and discovered their meaning, I empower your mind with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in alignment with what you want for yourself and your life.
Next you will receive a transformational recording which you listen to for at least 21 days to recode your mind and implement the insights and positive new beliefs.

Hypnosis represents a completely natural state of consciousness in our brain. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. When we meditate or immerse ourselves intensely in a movie, similar patterns of activity occur in our brain. The special thing about hypnosis is an alert state that allows you to focus completely on yourself and your personal concerns. In the session, we induce this trance effortlessly to explore deeply rooted patterns in your subconscious. I guide you safely and relaxed into this state, which my clients describe as a relaxed focus. In this way, we use the power of your subconscious mind to positively anchor your goals and desires.

No! These are misconceptions that you may associate with show hypnosis, but they have nothing to do with a therapeutic hypnosis session. You are in full control the whole time. You can speak, move your body, even get up and walk if you need to go to the toilet in between. If the session takes place via Zoom and the connection is interrupted, you will normally notice this immediately and if you have drifted away, you will soon realize that you cannot hear my voice and open your eyes.
Everyone can. As long as you are open and embrace the process, it will work. It’s an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing experience.
Every person is different and the experience and time frame in which a change is noticeable is also individually different.
Often there is an immediate significant change – direct changes in well-being on an emotional, energetic or physical level or / and also in behavior directly in the session.
Sometimes the process is experienced more from day to day over time.
Sometimes you don’t see changes immediately and with a little distance you suddenly look back and see with amazement what has changed in your life.
Of course. Client confidentiality is a top priority, and all disclosed information is treated with the utmost discretion in adherence to professional codes of ethics. I do not engage with other practitioners or doctors involved in the client’s care without explicit permission. To further ensure total confidentiality, inactive files are securely destroyed after a period of three years. Your trust and privacy are of paramount importance.

1) I will send you an anamnesis form for initial reflection on the issue you would like to clarify with me.
2) We have a first intro coaching call where we discuss your issues in more detail (1 hour online)
3) We meet in person or via Zoom for a 2 hour RTT session
4) You will receive a customized audio that will consolidate your personal transformation and anchor new supportive beliefs in your subconscious.
5) After 30 days we will meet for a final coaching call to discuss the experience and next steps. (30 minutes online)
