We worked with Elke during a four day couple retreat. Starting from a place of deep hurt and disconnect, Elke was able to hold space and guide us in a way, that brought us together. There was ample time to have deep conversations and counselling sessions together without feeling rushed. Elke did not shy away from difficult conversations; rather enabled us to articulate ourselves sensitively. Each person felt valued and heard. Elke uses different techniques from her years of experience and blended them together in such a way that was seamless and appropriate to our circumstance. The 4 day retreat was a great experience for us! We learned so much about the vast field of Sacred Sexuality & Tantra, which we wanted to focus on during our time in Sardinia. Elke enabled us to open up easily and naturally, and expand our erotic spectrum quite a bit. She taught us so much about our energy body, our sensual experience, as well as our awareness of our breath and how to create tantric rituals. It was a really deep experience in a super comfortable intimate setting where everyone could just be who they are. I always address practices, coaching & therapy from a mind-body-soul perspective and support you to tune back into your intuition, emotional balance and life-force.

My mission is to help you deepening your bond and releasing any blocking issues either emotional, mental or energetic.

From my rich experience working successful with clients and my deeply rooted knowledge working with the best coaches, teachers and trainers and in the field myself, i´ll coach you to get fast and longlasting results.

I will help you to find your unique path and expression as a couple and relationship-partner.

The format of the retreat can always be modified to your wishes and needs, f.e. if you want to have an immersion into tantric practices for couples this could also be a focus for this retreat.

5 Days of Transformation

✺ Your retreat begins with a warm welcome at Olbia airport, where your private transfer will escort you to your secluded countryside location.

✺ Settle into your Country resort, an oasis of tranquility with panoramic nature views.

✺ Introduction Session: Get to know each other- who we are and your wishes and desires for the time together and the time after the retreat.

✺ Embark on your journey with an heart-centered welcome meditation and enjoy a delightful dinner designed just for the two of you.

✺ Awaken your senses with a rejuvenating morning meditation or yoga session.

✺ Workshop Session 1: “Practices for Conscious Relating”- Explore active listening, empathy, and vulnerability.

✺ Freetime at the Beach where you can rest, relax and find Snackbars and Restaurants of your choice.

✺ Workshop Session 2: “The Art of Touch” This is an invitation to drop into the SLOW WISDOM of the body. Through guided exercises you will enhance physical connection and intimacy.

✺ Share and reflect on your experiences during an intimate dinner together at Mascaratu

✺ Begin your day with an inspiring morning meditation or yoga session.

✺ Workshop Session 3: “Conscious Communication”- Techniques for open, honest, and effective communication within the relationship. Expressing boundaries, needs and desires in a safe space.

✺ Freetime at the Beach where you can rest, relax and find Snackbars and Restaurants of your choice.

✺ Workshop Session 4: “Clearing Self-Sabotaging Behaviors”- guided meditation / inner journey and strategies for recognizing and overcoming sabotaging behaviors that hinder personal growth and intimacy.

✺ Visit of the picturesque village of San Pantaleo where you where you can wander through the small streets, have an aperetivo in the piazza and choose a nice location for a romantic dinner.

✺ Energize your spirits with a morning meditation or yoga session.

✺ Workshop Session 5: “Creating Space for ‘I & Us” – Exploring the balance between individuality and togetherness within a relationship.

✺ Excursion, strengthening your bond through activities such as a nature walk, cultural visits, or an optional private boat trip (extra cost).

✺ Celebrate your journey with a memorable private farewell dinner.

✺ Begin your day with a reflective morning meditation or yoga session.

✺ Integrate your learnings and set future goals as a couple during a private closing workshop.

✺ Conclude your retreat with a private transfer back to Olbia airport, leaving with newfound insights and a deeper connection in your relationship.
