The Space Between

not only Yoga - not only Stillness

Meditation. Yoga. Coaching. Nature. Silence.

12-17 May 2026 | Mascaratu, Sardinia

A retreat to slow down, recharge and gain clarity

THE SPACE BETWEEN is a 5-day retreat in Northern Sardinia about connection — the inner and the outer.

Through daily yoga, meditation, and guided coaching, you’ll explore how your emotional world shapes the way you relate, communicate, and connect.

Each morning begins with mindful movement and meditation, followed by a focused coaching session.

You’ll work with themes such as self-relationship, emotional patterns, authenticity, and connection — always in a grounded, practical way.

Afternoons are for nature and quiet reflection: coastal walks, stillness by the sea, a visit to sacred sites like Li Mizzani, or relaxed time to simply pause and integrate.

Evenings bring shared dinners, soft connection, and the easy rhythm of island life.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to understand themselves and others more deeply — not through concepts, but through presence, experience, and honest conversation.

Come as you are. Leave with more clarity, simplicity, and connection.

Sping Season – with meditation, yoga, nature, and space to come home to yourself.

The Retreat Venue

Let Mascaratu slow you down.

Mascaratu is a peaceful countryside property nestled in the soft hills of Northern Sardinia, just a short drive from the coast. Surrounded by granite boulders, wild herbs, and open skies, this land carries a quiet, grounding presence.

The traditional buildings, shaded terraces, and natural stone structures offer both simplicity and charm — inviting you to slow down, breathe, and feel the rhythm of the island.

From here, we set out to explore Sardinia’s magic: hidden beaches, sacred sites, and ancient landscapes. And yet, Mascaratu itself is a place to arrive. A place to rest. A place to remember the beauty of being.

Our retreat venue consists of 6 guest rooms , each with its own ensuite bathroom and terrace.

We offer 2 types of accommodation (all options include all meals, practices, and full participation in the retreat):

Shared Double Room
For those who enjoy a sense of community, we offer shared rooms with two separate beds and plenty of space.
You’ll share the room with one other participant (you can come together or we’ll match you gently).

Private Single Room
If you prefer privacy, a limited number of single rooms are available.
Enjoy your own quiet space while being part of the shared experience.
Includes all meals, practices, and full participation in the retreat.

If you have any questions about the best option for you, feel free to reach out.
We’ll be happy to help you find the setting that best supports your journey inward.

When does a RELATIONSHIP actually begin? You meet When does a RELATIONSHIP actually begin? You meet.
You get closer.
You spend time together.
Maybe there also has been physical intimacy. Then there is this uncomfortable question, suddenly hanging in the air, burning under your skin:
“Where do we stand with each other?”After a moment of freeze, the other responds:
“What do you want to hear?
Do you want to know if I love you?
Or if this is a relationship now?
I can’t say that yet. This is much too early for me.”Maybe this sounds familiar to you and you have experienced this kind of awkward situation. The response rarely comes from a lack of feelings.
It comes from caution.
From a wish for security.
From the fear of naming something that does not feel guaranteed yet.And still, something is already there.
Connection.
A tender feeling.
Attention. And I would call this a relationship. We relate to each other on multiple levels with a certain amount of intensity.Maybe what feels really uncomfortable about this question is not the lack of a clear label.Maybe it is the fact that we are already in relationship with each other,
while not yet knowing where our path together will lead.#TheArtOfConnection#ConsciousRelating#ModernRelationships#EmotionalClarity#IntimacyAndConnection

It’s easy to put the blame on the miserable dates It’s easy to put the blame on the miserable dates you have - you always encounter unavailable men, complicated women… but what if you take a closer look not at the people you meet but at your commitment?!There is a truth that might be a bit painful: Repeatedly not finding a partner is rarely about bad luck. Many of us just stay more loyal to distance, proclaimed as freedom rather than closeness.Ask yourself this honestly. Where do I remain more committed to being alone than to being connected?Your unconscious commitments shape who you are drawn to, and who never quite becomes available. These commitments form early in life. They grow from how closeness felt in your first years. Fear of abandonment. Fear of being overwhelmed. Fear of needing too much. Or not being needed at all.Later, you do not choose availability at random. You choose situations your nervous system recognizes, relationships that seem familiar. This is not self blame. This is responsibility. Responsibility creates choice.Ask one clear question. How do I block connection without noticing?Look for patterns. Who do you feel attracted to. Who stays emotionally distant. Who disappears. Patterns often come from inheritance, not conscious choice. When relating stays unconscious, the same experience repeats. Different faces. Same distance.RTT works at the level where these commitments live. Below insight. Below intention. It brings clarity to unconscious patterns shaping your experience so connection becomes possible. If you feel you would like to change this from the inside out, i invite you to book an Rapid Transformational Therapy Package with me this month. Do we always need to treat a new year like an upgr Do we always need to treat a new year like an upgrade, as if life needs an update on the magic date of 1.1.?Constant improvement. Constant optimization. Constant focus on what is missing instead of what already exists.Of course life keeps moving. Change happens all the time and seriously the most of it i can‘t control- This became one of my strongest learnings from the last year.So for 2026, the most honest resolution feels simple. No big goal-setting plan but instead surrendering to what is.And renewing my dedication to contribute to this world, trying to make it a more loving place with the whole of my heart.#NewYearReflection
